Problem:
When controller loses power, the thermostat will not power up on it’s own when the controller powers back on.
Solution:
- Switch off the thermostat by pressing the power button
- Press the "M" and the Up Arrow simultaneously for 5 seconds to access the settings configurations.
- Press “M” to scroll to option 12.
- 00 is the default setting.
- Use the arrow keys to change to 02.
- Wait 20 seconds for the thermostat to power off. This will save the setting change.
- Press the Power button to power up the thermostat.
- This settings change will have the thermostat automatically power on when the controller regains power
