Boiler Replacement Parts
Boiler replacement parts are non-returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please double check part numbers before you place your order.
General Merchandise Returns
Stock items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Special order items and installed products are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, including all original components.
- Items returned with missing parts will be refused.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 763-331-3066 or email returns@hydro-smart.com. Returns will be processed within 2-4 business days after receipt.
Defective Products
Defective products must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
- Hydro-Smart will promptly replace defective items.
- The replacement item will be charged at the time of shipping. Once the defective item is received and inspected, a credit for the product price and shipping costs will be issued.
- Hydro-Smart does not cover labor costs for defective items.
Warranty Claims
For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact Hydro-Smart as soon as possible.
- Each manufacturer has specific warranty policies that must be followed.
- If applicable, Hydro-Smart will ship a replacement product and charge for it upfront.
- Once the defective product is returned and inspected, Hydro-Smart will issue a credit after receiving manufacturer approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and labor costs are not covered under warranties.
Shipping Discrepancies & Damaged Items
- Damaged shipments or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- If you have received the wrong product, notify Hydro-Smart within 48 hours and return the incorrect item. Hydro-Smart will cover the shipping cost and send the correct item.
- If you ordered the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours. A 15% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Refuse delivery of packages with visible damage and report the issue to Hydro-Smart immediately.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped.
- To check order status, call 763-331-3066.
- If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
- Special order items cannot be canceled.
Return Shipments
Hydro-Smart is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Customers must pack products securely in their original box with sufficient protective materials.
