HS120Con Zone by Actuator

Number of Thermostats: 2-4
Max Water Temp: 140° F
Max BTU's: 120,000

Description

The Master Actuator Panel is utilized when 2 to 4 thermostat zones are required in the system. The panel extracts the heated fluid from the boiler and processes the heated fluid to the Emitter Circuit. Boiler and Emitter circuits have hydraulic separation for independent flow adjustments.

This system is used with a low temperature boiler and tubing-in-concrete emitter.

No zoning panels needed as the zones are controlled by the actuators located on the manifolds.

Each Hydro Smart Integrator Panel, when installed and operated per the installation instructions, has a 1 year warranty covering all parts. No labor allowances. See manufacturer warranty for full details.

Micro-Boilers & Hydro Smart Integrator Panels sold separately. Guide is based on insulating to a R19 in walls, R38 in ceilings, maximum 12 ft. sidewalls, with 2” of extruded styrene insulation around perimeter & under slab emitter and/or 3-1/2” of fiberglass insulation for staple up emitter. For more accurate sizing, a BTU heat loss of the heated space should be considered.
